Our experience originated from the Polsinello Family petroleum Business, marine and land terminals, gasoline stations, truck stops, diesel, propane, residential, commercial and industrial HVAC services, now primarily lubrication facilities Northeast USA, National and International. Louis Polsinello Sr. and Joe Polsinello established Inland Pollution Control, Inc. 1971 Port of Albany, New York; which Louis Polsinello, Jr., Joe Polsinello, and Paul Connors continued to operate serving the Northeast based in the CITGO Terminal, Braintree, MA 1979 until Inland Pollution Control, Inc. was sold to Waste Management in 1988. Inland Pollution Control Inc. 1971-1988 was a full-service emergency oil and hazardous materials emergency spills, remediation, transporter, treatment and disposal services. Clients included U.S. EPA, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), IBM, GE, Raytheon, Boston Edison, General Dynamics, Major Oil Companies and other Fortune 500 companies, utilities and marine shipping companies.
IPC and Polsinello companies own and develop our own residential, commercial and industrial real estate. Polsinello licenses, permits and experience includes construction, demolition, septic systems, water, sewer, and HVAC systems. Polsinello managed and operated a fleet of all-weather aircraft for emergency dispatch of crews and supplies. Polsinello is an instrument / multi engine / turbine pilot. Polsinello, one of the first LSP’s continues to be licensed with continuing education and qualifications to include OSHA 1946 and 1910.120 Health & Safety, MA Construction Supervisor
A priority of our service addresses ASTM / U.S. EPA AAI (All Appropriate Inquiry) / MA 21E MCP (Massachusetts Contingency Plan) compliant / applicable environmental site assessment for commercial real estate. IPC does not use junior or entry level inexperienced individuals.
